Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern your use of Tampa Business Websites. By purchasing, you agree to them. This isn’t legal advice.

Our service

We design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business. You review a free preview before any purchase.

Pricing & payment

Content & ownership

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information and claims on your site. On full payment, the site content is yours; our underlying platform, templates, and code remain ours.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Build fees are for work performed; contact us within a reasonable time if something isn’t right and we’ll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

What this is — and what it isn't

You're buying a website. A website on its own does not produce customers: getting found takes search-engine optimization, advertising, and keeping your listings up to date. That work is yours to do or to hire out, and we make no promise about rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. If you'd like help with it, ask — but it is not part of what you're buying here.

We host and maintain the site. We do not monitor search results, and we are not responsible for how search engines rank, index, display, or omit your site, or for anything they show about your business.

Your content

You are responsible for the content on your site — including anything you send us to put there. By supplying text, photos, logos, or other material, you confirm you have the right to use it. We are not liable for copyright, trademark, or other infringement arising from material you provide or ask us to publish, and we may remove anything we're told infringes someone's rights.

Where we source images or copy on your behalf, we use material we believe we're licensed to use. Tell us if you spot something that shouldn't be there and we'll replace it at no charge.

Showing your site as an example

We may show your website — screenshots, a link, and your business name — in our own marketing: our homepage, portfolio, social posts, and sales emails. This doesn't give us any other right to your brand, and if you'd rather we didn't, email us and we'll take it down.

Liability

Our service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.
